We are looking for one part-time Customer Service Representative, up to 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 9am and 4pm. Pay starts at $10/hour. This is a seasonal Holiday position with the possibility to be extended depending on business needs and candidate suitability.

Duties will include answering phone calls, emails and chat requests from customers while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we will train the right person. Candidate must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English, including using correct spelling, grammar and punctuation. French communication skills are a plus. Must be reliable, and very detail oriented.

We are looking to fill a part-time Entry Level IT/Data Entry position approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 9am and 4pm. Pay starts at $10/hour. This is a seasonal Holiday position, but we offer outstanding growth potential for the right candidate.

Duties include assisting with website customization and construction, database management, data entry, and other tasks as assigned. This position will require that the candidate is comfortable working with javascript, VB, and Access/SQL databases. Candidate must also be able to speak, read and write fluently in English. This position would be ideal for a university student!
